Modi aims to showcase the best in Georgian hospitality with friendly familiar faces and an incredible traditional menu. Enjoy signature dishes such as Penovani Khachapuri and Khinkali, among other famous Georgian pastries, an assortment of meat, fish and vegetable starters and traditional salads, authentic cheese such as the Sulguni and Gebzhalia, famous soups such as Chikhirtma, kharcho and Sokos tsviani; an assortment of Mtsvadi and Josper, charcoal grilled organic and halal meat from the Georgian mountains.  Guests can also enjoy over 12 traditional main dishes that range from Khbos chashushuli, stew calf meat with fresh tomato, Georgian herbs and spices to Lobio kotanshi, Georgian dry beans with tomato, onion, savory Georgian herbs and garlic prepared in a traditional clay pot and the Qatmis ghvidzli yaurma, chicken liver, pomegranate, onions, fresh tomato and Georgian herbs. There is something for everyone, including a variety of Georgian desserts like Gozinaki and Churchkhela.

Award-winning and Celebrity Georgian Chef Guram Baghdoshvili speaks 5 different languages and is a true artist at heart. Being a professionally trained singer and chef, he considers food an art and is thrilled to bring Georgian cuisine to Dubai. Chef Guram has previously been seen on the My Kitchen Rules Georgia Jury 2018, the front cover of the City Magazine Georgia, Head Chef of Nikki Beach PT, Executive Chef of NoSoloÁgua, Executive Brand Chef of Vinotel and Owner/ Executive Chef of Restaurante Anona GEO. In 2011, he opened his own seaside tapas and wine bar restaurant titled NoSoloÁgua in Portimão, the coastal town of Algary in South Portugal. There he specializes in experimental cuisine, with dishes of local Portuguese tradition added with a discrete inspiration from other countries.

Chef Guram is famous for having prepared food for three Georgian presidents. He was given a prestigious honor by the JW Marriott Cannes to kickoff a week of events celebrating the Franco-Russian week, and is considered a top TV influencer in Georgia.

Guests can enjoy authentic Georgian art displayed around the restaurant and circulated with new Georgian artists every three months. Modi is the highest Georgian restaurant in the world.
