FRENCH CUISINE & WINE TASTING AT CULINARIUM SCHOOL

Paris Je t’aime is a french cuisine and wine tasting masterclass to be held on November 24 at Culinarium Cooking School (1/17 Lermontov Street, Tbilisi), led by Georgian Chef Giorgi Sarajishvili. The event is being organized together with the Georgian Sommelier Association, as a part of a series of masterclasses.

At Culinarium Cooking School’s Paris Je t’aime, each dish will be matched with a French wine. Enjoy Chicken liver salad with rucola and orange, paired with Viognier full-bodied white wine, Duck breast with apples paired with Beajolais from South Burgundy, and Crispy Pinto Gris from Alsace with brie dressed in honey and berry .
